Design-Build Process

Design-Build is an integrated delivery process where Accel Construction is the single source, with absolute accountability for both design and construction. Accel Construction develops a close working relationship among the design and construction professionals. Working as one team, under the direction of an experienced project manager, Accel Construction is able to control safety, quality, cost, schedule, and final delivery to ensure project success. The Accel Construction Design-Build approach results in high-quality, distinctive projects designed and built to meet the needs of our clients – especially those who wish to receive their project at the earliest possible time.


Pre-Construction Planning​

The broad benefits of construction management are first derived during the design phase of work, with the construction manager providing “preconstruction phase services.” These services help the overall project by identifying potential problems early in the design process, eliminating them before they are encountered during construction. With Accel Construction providing preconstruction services, we can ensure a more efficient construction process later in the project, more time-and-cost-efficient project delivery, reduced claims, and earlier occupancy.
